What To Expect

From welcome mixers to beach days and family game night, our reunion weekend is packed with opportunities to reconnect, relax, and have fun together.

Day 1 - Thursday, June 18, 2026

Arrival & Welcome

  • Meet us at Beach Cove Resort, 2nd floor, to pick up your T-shirt and welcome bag, check in, and start the weekend with family.

  • After you get in and settle, choose one of the hotel restaurants or head out to a local spot.Black Drum Brewing or Noizy Oysters offer great food, drinks, and a relaxed vibe — the perfect way to unwind after a day of travel and kick off a great week!

  • Kick off the weekend with optional nightlife outings at Lolli’s on 3rd or GiGi’s Hip Hop Lounge for music, drinks, and late-night vibes, or head to 810 Entertainment for drinks, bites, bowling, billiards, games, and all-around good fun.

  • Meet us at the Beach Cove Resort Conference Center for our Kick-Off Mixer. Come enjoy family introductions, a talent show, games, icebreakers, and photos as we start the day together.

  • Join us at the resort beachfront area to relax on the beach, by the pool, or at the resort bar. We’ll also be hosting a Family Beach Scavenger Hunt, so be sure to sign up!

  • Spend your evening enjoying one of our optional dinner show experiences. Choose between the Polynesian Fire Dinner Show for an island-style performance and meal, or the Pirates Voyage Dinner Show for a fun, interactive pirate-themed dining experience. Both options offer great food and entertainment for the whole family.

  • Keep the night going with optional nightlife outings at Lolli’s on 3rd or GiGi’s Hip Hop Lounge for music, drinks, and late-night vibes, or head to 810 Entertainment for drinks, bites, bowling, billiards, games, and all-around good fun.

Day 2 - Friday, June 19, 2026

Brunch, Beach & Evening Fun

  • Enjoy optional activities and local sightseeing, or head to The Funplex. If you added any event add-ons during booking, now’s the perfect time to enjoy them.

  • Join us for our final big event at Jack Axe Entertainment, featuring axe throwing, interactive games, a golf simulator, “Floor Is Lava,” and other group activities. Pizza and wings will be provided, with a cash beer and wine bar available for adults.

  • Continue the fun at Lolli’s on 3rd or GiGi’s Hip Hop Lounge for music, drinks, and late-night vibes, or head to 810 Entertainment for for drinks, bites, bowling, billiards, and games.
